The amazing creations of Hong Yi, the Malaysian artist who likes to make art with food.

"You do not play with your food! ": Do not tell to Red Hong Yi, a young artist and Malaysian architect that made its workhorse with art in the dish.
The woman who calls also Red, loves to paint, but not with brushes, and it likes to create masterpieces with the food: highly edible works of art that carries with common kitchen accessories such as potato peeler, toothpicks and butter knives.

Here are some examples of Red Hong Yi's masterpieces:

My adaptation of Edvard Munch's 'The Scream'

Day 3: a tiny garden with a lemon sun

Day 5: 'sonny, if anything, just stay far far away from colonel sanders'

Day 6: 'all you need is love...' with cherry tomatoes, nori and soy sauce

In this dish, candied cherries for a work by the romantic flavor

Day 11: Giant Squid Attack! With squid and squid ink

Her creations can be seen in full on her own website, its Facebook page and on his Instagram profile, which also placed the ingredients used in each "painting".
